Lead the design and construction of manufacturing, administration, and warehouse facilities across X portfolio/X region. You will collaborate with the real estate team to ensure efficiencies in the planning process. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to align on architectural, construction, relocation and external project management resources, and providing critical inputs into the real estate strategic planning process to ensure the right information is used to make consolidation and growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction for RE projects
• Manage employees
• Build project estimates, budgets, and schedules
• Partner with functional stakeholders
• Drive integration of HON workplace standards
• Deliver project to agreed budget
• Provide critical input into strategic planning process
• Lead project team meetings and leadership reviews

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture/Engineering, real estate, or related field

WE VALUE

• Some real estate or construction project management experience
• Experience with large Corporate Real Estate Function, General Contractor, or Architectural/Engineering Firm supporting real estate projects
• Previous experience with vendor management
• Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven success on projects with construction volumes from $1M to 25M
• Strong inter-personal and organization skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to effectively influence at all layers of the organization
• Understanding of construction means and methods
