Business & Project Management
- Steering and coordinating various strategic projects implementation & development within department or cross departments
- Facilitate annual department HC planning
Budget Management
- Plan for annual S&M department budget
- Monitor and steer yearly project/budget plan execution and spending status
- Consolidate, analysis, balance and manage additional demand
- Provide budget wise analysis report for strategic overview
Business reports for various meetings and projects:
- Annual BMBS National Dealer Conference (S&M)
- Annual BMBS Town Hall (S&M) & bi-Annual S&M Town Hall meetings
- Monthly ExCom Meetings
- Strategic Dealer meetings & Regional dealer conferences
- Monthly 1st line Meetings
- Monthly S&M 1st line meetings
- Annual S&M strategic workshop
- Regular Business presentations preparation
- Executive Speeches Preparation
Compliance & Risk Management
- Supporting COO to perform internal Compliance Control & Anti-trust related activity
- Supporting COO to perform business risk assessment
- Supporting COO to perform CA follow up (e.g. various Corporate Audits & extended compliance audit performed by KPMG & monitor visit)
S&M administration coordination
- Central S&M administration coordination
- Regional offices administration coordination
- Team budget management & project procurement
Qualifikationen
Qualification
Education
Economics/Commerce (with marketing or business management focus) degree from well-known university, postgraduate preferred, supplementary professional experiences.
Management and methodologies skills are plus.
Experience
Min. 2 years working experience in business management, sales & marketing related fields within automotive industry;
International experience/working in large global company;
With leadership and comprehensive management experience.
Specific knowledge
Fluent (spoken/written) English and Mandarin;
Very good MS office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Good analyzing and structuring as well as presentation skills.
Strong project/budget management skills.
Fascination about automotive business, well-known the market trends and economic trends in general;
Strong and mature personality;
Self-motivated, multi-task ability, team spirits, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility.
