Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Secretarial and administrative support to Chief Talent Officer.
- Travel organization to include flights, hotels and visa application.
- Ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for travel arrangements.
- Calendar management to include scheduling meetings, conference and video calls and taking minutes when necessary.
- Management and preparation of monthly expenses including submission and filling.
- Medical claim submission and follow up.
- Appointment venue selection and reservation.
Team & other support
- Regular update HR & Admin org-chart
- HR Exco travel co-ordination
- Support HR & Admin team building activities
- Lead to prepare HR & Admin townhall or other team critical gatherings
- Any other duties associated with the role that CTO assigns
Requirements
- Organized and detail orientated
- Professional and calm under pressure
- A collaborate approach
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese & English
- Good project management skills
- Reliable, committed and willing to go the extra mile
- Strong Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel
