Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Secretarial and administrative support to Chief Talent Officer.

  • Travel organization to include flights, hotels and visa application.
  • Ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for travel arrangements.
  • Calendar management to include scheduling meetings, conference and video calls and taking minutes when necessary.
  • Management and preparation of monthly expenses including submission and filling.
  • Medical claim submission and follow up.
  • Appointment venue selection and reservation.

Team & other support

  • Regular update HR & Admin org-chart
  • HR Exco travel co-ordination
  • Support HR & Admin team building activities
  • Lead to prepare HR & Admin townhall or other team critical gatherings
  • Any other duties associated with the role that CTO assigns

  • Professional and calm under pressure

  • High level of discretion and integrity
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese & English
  • Good project management skills
  • Reliable, committed and willing to go the extra mile
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel
