Responsibilities:

• Work to be assigned by Drainage Services Department;
• Prepare statistical reports of daily operation data;
• Providing hardware and software installation and troubleshooting services;
• Performing IT help desk functions including on-site and off-site support services to users;
• Liaising relevant parties to repair the computer system and network system.

Requirements:

• Holder of an ordinary certificate (Form 6) or above in information technology, or computing studies or electronic engineering, or computer and communication engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic or a technical institute, or equivalent;
• At least two years’ working experience in maintenance of hardware and software of computers and servers, database configuration and various software programming;
• Working overtime when required;
• Perform emergency duties outside normal working hours;
• Working location is Stonecutter Island or Lantau.
