PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manage activities of the ELC Service Delivery Team; Serve as an escalation point for the ELC Service delivery
• Responsible for supervising the daily activities and workload of ELC Service Delivery Specialist
• Drive and support team to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational support for ELC policy & process
• Responsible to interface with internal and external audit related to ELC
• Monitor HR Vendor interfaces to ensure employee P-files are successfully completed
• Work as the key contract person to land the new LHF immigration service with vendor
• Accountable for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) accuracy and related communication for ELC Service Delivery

Qualifications

• 5 years+ in HR operations management role, with sound knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Human Resources and Business Administration, or other related field preferred
• Exellent in both English and Mandrine verbal and written communication
