Job Purpose
Conduct standardization management in R&D labs via implementation of ISO 17025 system, support BP and other GBU’s with R&D platforms and testing data, develop new test capabilities and manage test team.

Specific Accountabilities
1. Enforces and comply with safety regulations in Ansell R&D Laboratories, and
2. Establish standards and practices of R&D and development plan
3. Manage R&D lab and develop necessary professional test capabilities for business growth and new test demands.
4. Supports technical requests from marketing, sourcing, operations and legal, throughout the globe
5. Documents procedures for analysis of test results. Produces reports which are circulated within Global Business Units, Marketing, Sourcing, or Manufacturing
6. To become familiar with operating protocols, in particular to conduct tests in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 to ensure compliance with （future） UKAS requirements and to complete and file test reports according to both standard requirements and ISO/IEC 17025 documentation and record keeping requirements.
7. Through statistical analysis for IQC test reports, to provide improvement proposals for current raw materials specifications, inspection specifications and suppliers managements
8. Any other duties as appropriate to the development of the job role, assigned by manager.

Qualifications
1. Education
Bachelor or above， major in Chemical/Textile/Polymer science
2. Job Experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
3. Language
Fluent in English
4. Computer Skill
Proficient computer skills with MS office
