Aufgaben

  • Define data standard, formatting, data quality measurements, and develop structured & reasonable quality improvement plan for both short-term and long-term




  • Create necessary and effective methodologies and tools for data quality monitoring and assessing




  • Understand and control on data generation & revision processes, analyze data quality result with identifying potential weak points




  • Closely work with business and technical teams to deliver requirement specification, translate and bridge business & technical interpretation of data




  • Coordinate on specification of data quality control and improve from functional & implementing development according to biz requirement

Qualifikationen

Education
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Statistics/Applied Mathematics/Economics or equivalent or above



Experience
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in Data Analytics, BI reporting, or Customer Data related projects
  • Hands-on experience of data quality improvement delivery, preferably in monitoring, tools, application with solutions
  • Experience in data quality improvement project management, business application preferred




Other requirements
  • Self-motivated and customer-oriented, and business expertise with business generated data understanding
  • Knowledge of SQL, R/Python and any statistical analytics language or tool preferred
  • Knowledge of data quality status visualization solution, and data warehousing preferred
  • Technical specification writing experience and business requirement gathering and interpretation skills
  • Awareness/experience of data quality management, as well as data governance methodology
  • Understanding of wholesale & retail processes in Automotive industry
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various parties effectively and appropriately, able to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to work autonomously, while also being able to communicate effectively and contribute as part of a team
