HR & Admin Coordinator – Hangzhou, China

The HR & Admin Coordinator is responsible for the daily management and organization of the Asiam office as well as recruitment according to the business needs of the department.


1.MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

1. Develop recruitment strategies

Responsible for developing and implementing more complex recruitment strategies for specified business departments.

2. Prepare job description

Create a comprehensive job description, as requested by the manager, for presentation to candidates and Posting to the job website and internal gateway.

- finding talent

Be active on social media BBS, attend job fairs, visit local college campuses or colleges, and any other creative ways to find qualified talent.

3.- interview and recruit talents

Implement the recruitment process, including collecting and filing documents, requesting background checks, salary negotiation and new employee orientation assistance.

4. Establishment of employee relations

Maintain sensitivity to employee and department conditions, track new employee's work with department leader, effectively and accurately implement any hr strategy/policy/activity from superior.

5. Basic staff management

Being Proficient in using human resource management system and well manage employee files, contact human resource agencies, provide consulting services for employees in corporate policies, social security and other areas

6. employee welfare system management

Supporting of company inside/public event and connection with related service suppliers.

Improve the employee welfare system and put it into practice, including but not limited to organize company health check, staff travel,distribute holiday benefits.


2. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • at least 1 year of HR& Admin experience. Candidate status with recruitment experience is preferred

College degree or above, major in hr or related field

  • focus on practical problem solving ability and HR professional ability.
  • honest, active, positive and efficient
  • proficient in Microsoft office software such as WORD,EXCEL, POWERPOINT and etc.
  • be able to skillfully deal with employees, job seekers, and union representatives
  • social media platform savvy
  • great communicator and great negotiator
  • organized, detail-oriented
