JPMorgan Taiwan Marketing aims to have a diverse range of marketing efforts to strengthen our brand, enhance client experience and achieve efficiency through leverage and optimization of best practices across the globe and the region. The marketing efforts will include and not be limited to channel & marketing strategy development, strategic projects, integrated marketing campaigns and events, establishment of metrics and data analysis.

The Role:

The role will be responsible to develop and manage the annual channel marketing plans for Taiwan business and closely work with Content Marketing team and the regional specialized teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives to create awareness of our investment capabilities, translate client insights into compelling propositions that gives us a competitive edge, and optimize opportunities that contributes to business growth. Also, the person will be supporting the development of the marketing strategy to strengthen our brand, enhance client experience and achieve efficiency.

The role also will include and not be limited to creation of marketing planning process and governance, establishment of metrics, data analysis, and integrated campaigns involving ATL, BTL, digital and events. This role will be reporting to Head of Channel Marketing Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage of the annual marketing plans for Taiwan business
  • Partner closely with Content Marketing team and regional specialized teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs with ATL and BTL communication to support business needs
  • Participate in business transformation projects
  • Participate in the marketing strategy development to strengthen our brand, enhance client experience and achieve efficiency through leverage of best practices across the globe and the region.
  • Assist conducting research, market/industry/competitive analysis to provide timely insights and valuable benchmarking
  • Plan and coordinate local events, including event coordination, technical requirement and content
  • Develop and manage metrics/KPIs for channel marketing activities to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure that marketing related materials and programs meet regulatory requirements
  • Perform duties as and when required

Requirement:

  • 10 years + marketing & business experience, financial industry is preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing/business is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Active in solving problems
  • Fluent communication in English
  • SITE/SICE related Regulation certificates are required
