Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Expat employee visa/work permit/residence permit application and renewal to ensure the legal compliance;
  • Support Expat Employees during the induction process;
  • Execute Employee reference check
  • Employee onboarding/departure process;
  • New and Departing Staff process
  • HRIS input and maintenance in the related areas;
  • Other College HR operational support;
  • To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the College (including emergency Bus Monitor cover duty where required).
