Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an in-house operational Trade Compliance role.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, both domestic and international. Experience working on compliance matters.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.

As a Program Manager, Logistics Trade Compliance for APAC/Taiwan, you will have experience in applying regional trade rules, regulations, and processes at both strategic and transactional level to ensure compliant export and import of shipments.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision of day-to-day import/export activities to ensure shipments are in compliance.
- Work closely with business units to identify compliance risks and requirements for planned shipments to, from and within the APAC region.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to coordinate compliant export and import practices across the region.
- Provide guidance and training to business units and internal customers on fundamentals of compliance with applicable Export controls.
- Identify shipments requiring permits and obtain permits when needed, and assist in managing compliance with the conditions and requirements of strategic goods export permits, including export declarations.
