保证人力资源部顺利有效运作，全面负责酒店的人力资源功能；建立及保持良好的员工关系和士气，以提高员工服务标准达到集团客人满意目标及完成酒店的商业战略计划。创造良好的企业文化，达到集团宗旨要求。 我的具体职责是什么？ 具体而言，您将负责按照最高标准执行以下任务： 建立及完成人力资源部年度目标计划。 建立、保持及保证执行所有人力资源部政策及执行程序。 确保酒店的政策符合集团的政策和程序。 确保部门活动符合集团人力资源部的统一方针，酒店的活动得到合理的执行。 协调和监督人力资源部的整体活动。 确保政府规定中有关员工方面的法规得到严格的遵守和执行。 有效管理酒店员工福利项目，确保员工的福利在本地市场具有一定的竞争力。 确保必要的人事表格及时的传给区域人力资源负责人。 协调开展部门沟通会议。 通过培训为酒店的焦点——优质服务提供支持，并协助其他同事的培训工作，使酒店员工能够提供超出客人要求的服务给顾客。 确保人力资源部的所有员工都能做到，为酒店其他员工（内部顾客）以及到人力资源部的所有人员提供专业、礼貌和热心的服务。 用礼貌、高效的方式来解决所有顾客以及内部员工的投诉和要求，并及时跟进，确保问题得...
