Job Description
  • University degree or above in Human Resources or Training related disciplines, higher academic degree is desirable
  • At least 10 years of experience in training with all levels and at least 5 years in management position
  • Solid experience in planning, developing and implementing people development initiatives in sizable organization, exposure in health care industry is preferred
  • Specialized in talent management, career development, counseling and customer service training
  • Experience in program delivering for multi-disciplinary staff and developing the e-training system
  • To develop and organize the staff engagement and employees volunteer programs
  • Passionate in people development and strong belief in creating differences through learning and development
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
