Job Description
- University degree or above in Human Resources or Training related disciplines, higher academic degree is desirable
- At least 10 years of experience in training with all levels and at least 5 years in management position
- Solid experience in planning, developing and implementing people development initiatives in sizable organization, exposure in health care industry is preferred
- Specialized in talent management, career development, counseling and customer service training
- Experience in program delivering for multi-disciplinary staff and developing the e-training system
- To develop and organize the staff engagement and employees volunteer programs
- Passionate in people development and strong belief in creating differences through learning and development
- Strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
