Job Description
Purpose of job
- Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibility is to support the HR team with administrative tasks and coordinating the Visa requirements of Fleet employees.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Handle day to day HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Officers or GM HR
- Handle Visa applications and renewal for expatriates and their dependents
- Ensure smooth HR Operations through effective filing and storing of Employee documents
- Supporting the team embrace technology by effective conversion of all physical HR documents to E-files and maintaining a directory of all documentation
Education / experience / skills required
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR Administration
- Experience in handling Visa application is a must
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office 365
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels within the organisation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Flexible with a positive working attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, attention to details with a strong sense of responsibility and deadline driven
- A good team player with a pleasant personality
