Qualifications & requirements
• Native-level English proficiency preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (internationally recognized)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with children aged 9–12
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Genuine passion for teaching drama and supporting student growth
• Ability to use technology and digital courseware to enhance instruction
• Able to evaluate student progress and provide continuous feedback
• Willing to participate in school events, team collaboration, and professional development
• Able to maintain regular office hours in accordance with school policies
Job responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons for primary students (ages 9–12)
• Support student learning through creative, interactive teaching methods
• Guide students in developing performance skills, confidence, and teamwork
• Participate in school-organized student activities and performances
• Collaborate with the international team and contribute to curriculum development
