Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver compelling English lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and standards.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a respectful, inclusive, and productive learning atmosphere.
* Develop and administer a variety of assessment tools to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Utilize modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology to enhance the learning experience.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to participate in curriculum development and school activities.
* Maintain professional communication with parents and guardians regarding student achievement and well-being.
* Participate in ongoing professional development sessions and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
* Citizenship from a native English-speaking country (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa).
* Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
* A minimum of a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate **or** a valid state/provisional teaching license from the candidate's home country.
* Minimum of two (2) years of relevant English teaching experience.
* Clean criminal background check.
* Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
