Job Description:
We are currently looking for experienced PYP teachers for various subjects for our Innovative Curriculum Department. Class size is capped at 25, with a Chinese homeroom teacher and an international homeroom teacher co-teaching in every classroom. Roles and responsibilities include the following:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in alignment with the IB framework.
2. Maintain professional behavior and serve as a positive role model for students.
3. Prepare and submit well-crafted teaching plans and summaries on time.
4. Participate in school events as required.
5. Attend parent meetings, departmental meetings, and professional development sessions.
6. Complete the curriculum and meet semester goals effectively.

Job Requirements:
1. Must be a native English speaker and eligible for a work visa.
2. Must have Homeroom teacher experience
3. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, along with a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
4. Preference will be given to candidates who:
(1) Possess an IB PYP training certificate or have experience teaching IB PYP.
(2) Demonstrate a passion for teaching, respect for Chinese moral values, and an appreciation for Chinese culture.
(3) Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
(4) Have prior experience working in international schools or overseas.
