Job Description
Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher (K3 Class)
School Type: Bilingual Kindergarten
Location: Pudong District ,Shanghai
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for K3 (5–6 years old) students based on the bilingual kindergarten curriculum.
2. Create a caring and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ emotional and academic growth.
3. Monitor and assess student learning progress, maintaining open communication with parents.
4. Work collaboratively with Chinese co-teachers to ensure a balanced bilingual learning experience.
5. Participate in school events, celebrations, and community activities.
6. Attend professional training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
3. TEFL/TESOL certification (or equivalent).
4. Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
5. Eligible for a legal work visa in China.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary range: 30,000–35,000 RMB before tax per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
2. Completion bonus: Equivalent to 50% of one month’s salary upon successful completion of the contract.
3. Paid holidays: Including Christmas, summer, and winter breaks (details to be discussed during the interview).
4. Relocation allowance: Provided for teachers relocating from outside Shanghai.
5. Work visa and residence permit: Fully sponsored by the school.
6. Health insurance: Provided.
7. Meals: Free lunch on workdays.
8. Professional development: Regular training and workshops provided.
