Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Start Date: Feb 2026.
Location: 50 Pubei Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai

Basic Info:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Student Age Group: 3–6 years

Job Responsibilities:
1.Plan and deliver daily lessons, including:
2.Two English classes each morning (teaching time depends on the grade level).
3.One reading session in the afternoon.
4.Design engaging and interactive teaching plans tailored to student needs.
5.Supervise a classroom of approximately 20 children with the support of three Chinese assistant teachers.

Requirements:
1.Native English speaker from the UK, Canada, or Australia.
2.Bachelor's degree or higher.
3.At least two years of English teaching experience.
4.TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent English teaching certification.
5.Passion for working with children and fostering their development.

Compensation & Benefits:
1.Salary: RMB 26,000–35,000/month before tax (includes a housing allowance of RMB 7,000/month).
2.Paid Vacation:
1 week during Christmas.
2 weeks during winter break.
2 weeks during summer break.
3.Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage provided.
4.Flight Reimbursement: RMB 10,000 upon completion of a one-year contract.
