Position: Foreign Homeroom Teacher (Kindergarten), Shanghai
1. Job Responsibilities
✓ English Instruction: Develop and deliver lively, engaging English enlightenment courses aligned with the kindergarten’s curriculum system, aiming to ignite children’s enthusiasm for English learning.
✓ Homeroom Care: Undertake daily homeroom responsibilities, providing continuous care and guidance to children throughout their kindergarten day—covering activities, meals, rest, and other routines, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
✓ Class Arrangement: Be in charge of teaching and caring for two classes on a fixed schedule—Class A on Mondays and Wednesdays, Class B on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
2. Working Hours
1. Daily working hours: 8 hours, specifical per day, approximately from 7:30 to 16:30;
2. Working frequency: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), no extended courses, ensuring a regular work schedule.
3. Salary & Benefits
1. Basic Salary: RMB 20,000 - 25,000 per month, determined based on the candidate’s educational background, professional qualifications, and relevant early childhood teaching experience;
2. Salary Negotiation: For candidates with outstanding teaching abilities and rich experience in high-quality kindergartens, the salary can be negotiated separately;
