Job Description:
We are seeking two caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Kindergarten Teachers to join our early years team in Nantong. The successful candidates will create a warm, engaging, and language-rich learning environment that supports young children’s academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for kindergarten students.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Support children’s early language development through immersive English instruction.

Observe, assess, and document students’ progress and development.

Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and staff.

Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

Native English speaker.

Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, Early Childhood Education preferred).

At least 2 years of kindergarten or early years teaching experience.

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or relevant teaching qualification.

Passionate about working with young children; patient, energetic, and responsible.

Preferred Qualifications:

Female candidates preferred.

Prior experience in an international kindergarten or bilingual school.

Familiarity with play-based or inquiry-based learning approaches.
