【Responsibilities】
1、Lead English lessons for 2 to 6-year-old children during scheduled times, provide an immersive English-speaking environment, and guarantee the quality of instruction.
2、Ensure English curricula and lesson plans are implemented properly in the classroom and provide feedback to the R&D Department in order to improve it.
3、Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities.
4、Maintain good relationships with parents, communicate with parents and assistant teachers and keep them well-informed about children’s performance and progress, provide a first-class service for the parents and children.
5、Assist and participate in relevant on-site training provided by the center and the headquarters; be willing to accept new teaching modes and educational philosophies.

Summary of Qualifications:
1、MUST BE NATIVE English speaker
2、Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education preferred) .
3、Enjoy working with young children.
4、Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (experience of teaching children preferred).
