job title: IELTS teacher
Responsibilities:
1.Teach IGCSE English as a 2nd language, IELTS,etc, mainly speaking and writing.

2.Participated in lesson planning, exam review planning and other classroom activities
designing.
3.Provide after-class tutorials for students who are in need.
4.Marking students homework and exam papers.
5.Conduct speaking test for students during the exam season.
6.Help with exam invigilation.
7. May help with students’ reference letter writing.

Qualifications:
1. At least a Bachelor ‘s degree (English or Education is preferred)
2. A teaching/teacher certificate of some sort ( TESOL /TEFL/CELTA)
3. Relevant teaching experience is preffered.
4. No criminal record
5. Strong willingness to work with teenagers


Compensation:
1. About RMB 25,000-28000/month on average, will be paid 12 months
2. 600RMB per month meal allowance
3. Summer and winter vacation. Vacation during Chinese Spring Festival (normally January or February according to lunar calendar);
4. flight allowance 10,000/year;
5. 50% of tuition for kids attending attached international school (from K to grade 12)
6. Supplementary health insurance and emergency insurance.
