Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2.Student Age: 1.5-2 years old;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Conduct high quality classes for 1.5-2 years old kids;
8.Provide creative classes to kids and ensure good teaching qualities;
9.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above;
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.At least 1 year previous teaching experience;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 26,000 to 28,000 RMB (before tax) per month based on experience and qualifications;
