Job Title: Primary English Teacher
Location: Dongguan, Guangdong, China

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Primary English Teacher to inspire young learners in our dynamic bilingual environment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, language-rich English lessons that foster a love for reading, writing, communication, and creative expression. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating and supportive classroom atmosphere where students develop strong foundational skills in English literacy and oral proficiency, building confidence as effective communicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive English lessons for primary students, with a focus on literacy, phonics, grammar, vocabulary, and creative writing.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and language proficiencies within a bilingual setting.
Create a positive, immersive, and print-rich classroom environment that promotes a genuine love for the English language and literature.
Assess and monitor student progress in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, providing timely and constructive feedback to support academic growth.
Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support holistic student development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of related teaching experience in a bilingual or international school setting.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a closely related field; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent pronunciation and clear, articulate instructional delivery.
A recognized teaching license (PGCE, QTS, State license, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
A passion for language education, literature, and a commitment to student-centered, communicative teaching methodologies.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: RMB 35,000 per month (including housing allowance).
Comprehensive benefits package standard for expatriate teachers.
