III. Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for teaching the corresponding dance styles, design teaching plans according to the characteristics of students of different age groups (including children, teenagers and adults), and ensure teaching quality.
2. Participate in campus dance teaching and research activities, optimize the teaching system by integrating international cutting-edge teaching concepts with the needs of local students.
3. Cooperate with the campus to complete teaching-related publicity and parent communication work, and maintain a good teaching atmosphere.
