Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, with a focus on food and beverage products.
2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to strengthen relationships and ensure quality and compliance with food safety standards.
4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using key metrics and data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.
5. Manage demand planning and forecasting to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste, particularly for perishable goods.
6. Lead and mentor a local team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
7. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to import, food safety, and logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
3. Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations in an international context.
4. Basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for daily communication with local teams and partners is required.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
7. Italian nationality is a strong plus,we are an Italian company, and we have a big Italian colleague team in China.
8. Knowledge of food safety standards, cold chain logistics, and perishable goods management is highly desirable.
9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
