Job Title: A-Level English Literature and Humanities Teacher

Shenzhen School is seeking a passionate and experienced A-Level English Literature and Humanities Teacher to become an integral part of our educational community. Key Responsibilities:
Teach and Inspire: Deliver engaging A-Level English Literature and Humanities lessons that develop students' critical thinking and analytical skills.
Engagement in the Classroom: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and exploration of diverse perspectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, share best teaching practices, and develop interdisciplinary opportunities.
Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate student progress accurately, providing constructive feedback that supports academic growth and improvement.
Exam Preparation: Support students effectively in their preparations for Cambridge International Exams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and strategies for success.
Requirements:
Familiarity with the Cambridge International Exam system is essential.
Bachelor's degree in English, Humanities, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience specializing in A-Level English Literature and Humanities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary: CNY 20,000 - 35,000 per month (before tax).
Housing Allowance: CNY 3,000 per month.
Insurance: Comprehensive social insurance and commercial medical insurance coverage.
Flight Allowance: Annual allowance of CNY 12,000 for flight expenses.
Meal Allowance: Monthly meal allowance of CNY 1,400.
Performance Bonus: Yearly bonus based on individual performance.
