Montessori Kindergarten looks homeroom Female teacher!
Location: near tiancun station on line6.
Kids age:0-3 years old
Work time: Monday to Friday 7:50 to 16:50, weekends are off.
Job responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Implementation & Instruction
- Plan and deliver Montessori-based lessons in practical life, sensorial, language, math, and cultural studies, adapting to each child’s developmental stage.
- Guide children in self-directed learning, demonstrating proper use of Montessori materials while fostering independence and problem-solving skills.
2. Classroom Environment & Management
- Maintain a prepared, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing Montessori environment with accessible, age-appropriate materials.
- Encourage freedom within limits, ensuring a respectful and focused atmosphere for exploration.
3. Observation & Individualized Learning
- Observe and document children’s progress, identifying strengths and areas needing support.
- Tailor activities to meet individual learning styles and developmental needs.
4. Parent & Community Engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, reports, and informal updates on their child’s growth.
- Organize workshops or events to educate families about Montessori principles and home support strategies.
5. Safety & Well-being
- Ensure a physically and emotionally safe environment, addressing conflicts with grace and courtesy.
- Follow health and emergency protocols, promoting hygiene and social-emotional resilience.
Requirements: Prefer Female English native speakers who has patience with this young age kids.
Salary package: 20,000RMB+ before tax a month. It depends on teachers’ teaching experience.
One week paid for summer vacation. One day paid for Christmas. All paid of Chinese public holiday.
