Contract Type: Full-Time, Initial 1-Year Contract
Role Overview:
We seek a nurturing, qualified, and native-level English-speaking Homeroom Teacher for
our Pre-K (ages 3-4) and K1 (ages 4-5) classes. Create a joyful, play-based learning
environment to foster young learners’ holistic development. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in English. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through play. Build a safe, inclusive classroom community. Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and parents. Observe, assess, and support individual student progress. Participate in school events and professional development. Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Valid Teaching Certification/License (Early Childhood preferred). Minimum 2 years of lead teaching experience with ages 3-5. Native English speaker. Passion for early childhood education, creativity, patience, and cultural sensitivity. Preferred:
International school experience
Familiarity with IB PYP
