Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten English Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant international school. The ideal candidate will be a nurturing, creative, and dedicated educator who can provide a stimulating, inquiry-based learning environment for young children.

Job Description
1. Position: full time English homeroom teacher.
2. Working time: 8:00-17:00 during the weekdays
3. Kids age: from 3-6 years old.

Key Responsibilities
1.Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive, physical).
2.Create a safe, inclusive, positive, and well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
3.Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments, maintaining records of each child’s progress and development.
4.Provide regular feedback to parents through conferences, reports, and daily communication.
5.Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialist teachers, and other homeroom teachers.
6.Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, professional development, and contribute to the school community.
7.Ensure the well-being and safety of all children at all times, following school policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
1.Native Speaker
2.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is required.
3.A valid teaching qualification/license (e.g., PGCE, QTS, U.S. state teaching license, etc.) or an English teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL is required.
4.Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years setting.
5.Deep understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
6.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
7.Patient, energetic, creative, flexible, and a genuine love for working with young children.
