Early Childhood ESL Teacher Recruitment

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood ESL Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on delivering engaging English lessons to young learners aged 2-6, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (standard office hours)
- Student Age Group: 2-6 years old
- Class Size: 10 students or above
- Leave Policy: 2 days off on weekends, plus paid national holidays

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: Pre-tax RMB 25,000 - 27,000
- Paid Holidays: 4 weeks of fully paid summer holiday and 2-3 weeks of fully paid winter holiday (in line with the school calendar)
- Insurance: Comprehensive commercial insurance coverage
- Meal Subsidy: RMB 50 per working day, credited directly to a meal card
- Performance Bonus: Up to RMB 20,000 per academic year based on evaluation

- Accommodation Support: On-campus teacher’s apartment provided; alternatively, a monthly housing allowance of RMB 1,500

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (Notarized/Authenticated);
2. Native English Speakers;
3. TEFL or TESOL Certified (Notarized/Authenticated);
4. Minimum 1-year teaching experience (Preferred);
5. Non-criminal Record/PoliceClearance(Notarized/Authenticated);
6. Prefer female teachers;
