Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-intensity training programs for competitive junior players
Focus on advanced technical development, tactical awareness, and match play
Prepare players for local, national, and international tournaments
Provide match analysis, goal setting, and performance feedback
Coordinate with fitness trainers and other coaches to support player development
Maintain a professional, disciplined, and performance-driven training environment

Requirements:
Competitive tennis background (tournament, collegiate, or professional level)
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
At least 2 years of coaching or high-performance training experience
Proven experience working with competitive or elite junior players
Strong communication skills and leadership ability

Preferred Qualifications:
Recognized coaching certifications (ITF, PTR, ATP, or equivalent)
Experience coaching players competing at regional or national levels
