Job Title: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant early years team. Key Responsibilities:
Implement a holistic, child-centered curriculum that supports all areas of early childhood development within an international educational framework.
Cultivate a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes each child's social-emotional well-being and love for learning.
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that encourage inquiry, creativity, and foundational skill acquisition.
Observe, assess, and document student progress to guide instructional strategies and meet individual learning needs.
Establish and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support student growth and a cohesive community.
Manage all aspects of classroom operations, including daily routines, resources, and safety protocols.
Participate actively in school events, professional development, and contribute to the continuous development of the early years program.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field.
Valid teaching certification/license for early childhood education.
Minimum of 2 years of successful teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years setting, preferably in an international context.
Solid understanding of early childhood pedagogy, child development, and inclusive classroom practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
