Job Title: High School Math Teacher
Average Teaching Hours/Week: 20 periods/week ( 1 period=40 mins)
Campus Hours/Week: 8hours/ 5 business days from Mon.-Fri. 4-5 make-up days on weekends per semester.
Student Level: Chinese High School Students G9-G12
Gross Base Salary: 30000 RMB
Free Accommodation: 5000 RMB/ month rental allowance
Food Allowance: free meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner plus snack. Flight Ticket Reimbursement: 12000 RMB/ year

Systems School
Instead of taking mostly subject-based classes, our pedagogy, rooted in Systems Thinking, has pupils joining various ‘Ventures’ throughout the year based on their personal development needs and interests. These pupil-led, sage-guided, mixed-age and ability teams propose innovative solutions to real-world challenges of their choosing - anything from solving world hunger to teaching Chinese to foreign kindergarteners.
Their work includes: brainstorming solutions, writing business and marketing plans, conducting field research and environmental impact studies; and culminates in a product launch show akin to those held by Fortune 500s and NGOs to reveal their greatest
