Job Description

1.Plan a program that helps each student achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals;
2. Prepare lesson materials and resources;
3. Create a positive and appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to
learning;
4. Observe, evaluate and record children's social and academic progress;
5. Provide constructive feedback to parents, guardians and administration;
6. Perform required administrative duties including attending staff meetings;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (early childhood education related majors);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. At least 1 year of previous teaching experience in kindergartens required;
6. Teaching certificate preferred;
7. Only those in Shanghai will be considered as onsite interview is required

Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 25,000 to 29,000 RMB per month after tax based on experience and qualifications;
