Dodo Bear International Art Education is a well-known kids’ art education brand in Shenzhen with many campuses nationwide. We focus on art and English education for children aged 3–12. We have a warm, safe teaching environment and a friendly team.
岗位信息 / Position Info
授课对象：3–12 岁少儿
工作形式：线下面授，小班教学
工作地点：深圳
薪资待遇：300–400 元 / 课时
结算方式：按时结算，准时不拖欠
课时安排：周末为主，工作日晚上可选

岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
全英文授课，课堂生动有趣，互动性强
引导孩子大胆开口说英语，提升学习兴趣
遵守校区教学安排，配合中方助教完成教学
保持课堂秩序，爱护教学环境
Teach full English classes in a fun, active way
Encourage kids to speak English confidently
Follow the school schedule and cooperate with Chinese assistants
Maintain classroom discipline
任职要求 / Requirements
母语为英语，发音标准
性格阳光、有耐心、喜欢小朋友
有少儿英语教学经验优先
有 TESOL/TEFL 证书优先
时间稳定，能长期合作
具备在华合法工作身份
Native English speaker with clear pronunciation
Patient, outgoing, loves children
Kids’ teaching experience is preferred
TESOL/TEFL certified is a plus
Stable schedule, long-term cooperation
Legal working status in China
