Shanghai – 1 position (August start, partner school, 15 days paid leave, proper work visa provided)

Basic Info:
1.Student Age Group: 3–6 years old
2.Language Environment: Full English immersion
3.Working Days: Monday to Friday
4.Total Working Hours: 40 hours/week
5.Teaching Hours: Up to 25 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging ESL lessons for young children.
2.Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
3.Use a variety of teaching methods to support different learning styles.
4.Foster curiosity, creativity, and participation through interactive activities.
5.Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
6.Monitor and report student progress.
7.Participate in school-organized summer and winter camps.
8.Contribute to school activities and events as needed.

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. TEFL certification(or equivalent)
4. Experience teaching young children (ESL or EFL context preferred)
5. Energetic, engaging, and comfortable working with ages 3–6

Salary and Benefits:
1.Salary range: 17,600 – 26,000 RMB before tax per month (depending on cities)
2.Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB included in the salary package.
3.Legal work visa support.
4.Annual Leave: 5 paid working days per year(Note: No long summer or winter holidays due to required participation in seasonal camps）
