Compensation& Benefits
-Monthly salary before tax:
Teaching position: RMB 23,000 - 30000
-Two-year employment contract bonus (4% of the total amount of full contract salary)

Job Description:
【Responsibilities】
1. Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences;
2. Design coherent Instruction and engage students in learning;
3. Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
4. Create an environment of respect and support;
5. Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
6. Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
7. Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
8. A reliable resource for parents;

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Education or teaching-related majors is a must.
-Registered teaching credentials, PGCE, CELTA, and DELTA are preferred.
-Two-years-or-above teaching experience is a plus. -Native language competency is a plus. -Successful candidates must meet teacher’s ethics, prepare lesson plans according to the
school requirements, have flexible and diverse teaching methods, and can efficiently
complete the teaching tasks arranged by the school.
