Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
·Act as the primary point of contact for business inquiries and communication.
·Assist in business development tasks, including market research, lead generation, and follow-up.
·Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules with clients and internal teams.
·Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations.
·Represent the company in meetings, ensuring clear and effective communication.
·Support the CEO and senior management in administrative and operational tasks.
·Maintain confidential company records and manage various business-related documentation.
·Assist in handling correspondence and ensuring smooth operations of the office.
·Help organize and plan business events or client meetings when necessary.

Requirements:
·Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Proven experience in administrative support or secretarial roles, ideally in a business development environment.
·Strong organizational and time-management skills.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
·Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
·Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
