Job Position
Translator & Customer Communication Specialist
(No business travel required)
Job Responsibilities
• Provide real-time translation and language support for the marketing team in daily communication with foreign customers.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, business negotiations, and follow-up communications to improve communication efficiency and transaction rate.
• Assist in organizing and translating business documents, chat records, and email content.
• Work full-time in the office, cooperate with the team to maintain good customer relationships and promote business growth.
Requirements
• Foreign national, fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
• Outgoing, easy-going, proactive, with strong communication skills and sense of service.
• Careful, responsible, able to work steadily in the office for a long time.
• Good image and polite manners, able to represent the company’s image in front of overseas customers.
• Experience in translation, customer service, or international business is preferred.
