Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Executive Collaboration: Accompany company leadership in overseas business development activities, responsible for client acquisition, business negotiations, and ensuring successful implementation.
2.Strategy Execution: Develop and execute regional business expansion plans, taking ownership of and achieving company performance targets.
3.Client Cultivation: Engage deeply with international clients and develop a strong understanding of overseas market environments. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
4.Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinate internal resources, and ensure efficient delivery of client requirements.
5.Market Insight: Gather intelligence on overseas markets and competitor activities to provide data-driven insights for company business strategy.
6.Global Travel: Be available for international assignments, participate in industry exhibitions, and conduct client visits.
Candidate Requirements:
1.Nationality & Background:
This role is specifically for overseas business development and requires high-frequency international travel. Candidates must be foreign nationals (with legal work eligibility in China, such as a valid Foreigner's Work Permit and relevant residence permit for work).
2.Language Proficiency:
o Native-level English proficiency required; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a plus.
o Excellent technical documentation writing and presentation (PPT) skills, with the ability to independently produce high-quality business materials.
3.Work Experience:
o Bachelor's degree or higher.
o Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, business development, or international sales.
o Background in B2B key account development is highly preferred.
4.Core Competencies:
o Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
o Ability to align with company values, collaborate closely with colleagues, and effectively complete all assigned tasks.
5.Flexibility for Travel:
o Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently. Must hold a valid passport with no restrictions on global travel.
