Job Description
ABOUT US
A leading Italian company that designs and manufactures advanced plumbing and heating components and systems is NOW HIRING a COMMERCIAL MANAGER to be based in the SHANGHAI OFFICE to support its strategic expansion in Asia. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, expand our market presence, and ensure the effective coordination of sales and marketing activities in line with the company’s strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and develop the local sales network (direct clients, distributors, and agents)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring product presentation and customer experience meet company standards
• Collaborate closely with the HQ in Italy to define sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide regular performance reports to the management team
• Manage the sales budget and monitor achievement of commercial targets
• Supervise local staff and coordinate basic administrative activitie
REQUIREMENTS
• Resident in China - Shanghai
• Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or branch management, preferably in the HVAC sector
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales management tool
