International Teacher Job Description (Including Core Benefits)
I. Core Job Benefits
1. Basic Salary: Monthly pre-tax salary ranges from RMB 30,000 to 40,000, subject to interview performance.
2. Compensation Incentives: Based on performance evaluation each academic year, enjoy an annual performance bonus of 0%-200% of pre-tax monthly salary (excluding the housing allowance part of the contract salary), paid in two equal installments (August of the next academic year and March of the third year, subject to being on the job); receive longevity bonus after 2 years of service (RMB 20,000 at the 3rd academic year, RMB 50,000 at the 6th academic year, RMB 100,000 per academic year from the 11th academic year onwards).
3. Housing Support: Pre-tax housing allowance of RMB 7,000/month; eligible for discounted on-campus housing at non-Future City Campus (Single Studio: RMB 2,000/month, One-bedroom Apartment: RMB 4,000/month, Two-bedroom Apartment: RMB 5,000/month, Three-bedroom Apartment: RMB 5,500/month).
4. Onboarding Subsidies: Relocation allowance for first employment (Overseas: RMB 10,000/person, spouse and underage children: RMB 5,000/person; Domestic non-Beijing: RMB 5,000/person, family members: RMB 1,500/person; Beijing: RMB 2,500/person, family members: RMB 500/person, all are maximum amounts); reimbursement for one-way economy class air ticket/second-class train ticket to Beijing for oneself and eligible family members (cost shall not exceed the standard of second-class high-speed rail).
5. Holidays & Travel: Enjoy winter and summer vacations, 98-day maternity leave, 5 days/academic year paid sick leave (medical certificate required for 3 days or more), marriage leave (encouraged to be taken during school holidays), bereavement leave (5 days for direct relatives, 3 days for indirect relatives); annual holiday travel allowance (maximum RMB 10,000 for single staff, maximum RMB 20,000 in total for staff with co-residing family members in Beijing, reimbursing round-trip economy class/second-class transportation expenses between registered home address and school).
6. Medical & Health: School covers global medical insurance premiums (up to RMB 20,000/person/year for staff, RMB 10,000/person/year for spouse, RMB 13,000/person/year for children, maximum 2 dependents); health check included in the insurance package.
7. Living Support: Free working meals on school days (Sunday dinner to Friday lunch) with standards: RMB 10 for breakfast, RMB 30 for lunch and dinner.
8. Family Benefits: Marriage gift of RMB 1,000/person (both spouses eligible if both are staff); newborn gift of RMB 2,000/child (available for each child); 100% tuition fee waiver for all children of international teachers.
9. Professional Development: PD Fund of RMB 10,000/academic year for teaching and school management staff (can be carried over to the next year if unused, maximum accumulation for 2 academic years; excess beyond the reimbursement limit shall be borne by the staff themselves).
10. Internal Referral Bonus: BoLe Bonus of RMB 3,000/person for recommending Chinese staff (including those from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), RMB 10,000/person for recommending international staff.
