Job Description
1.Course Instruction: Develop teaching plans based on the syllabus and curriculum standards, and complete classroom instruction on schedule.
2.Lesson Preparation: 1) Thoroughly study the teaching materials and prepare instructional resources and lesson plans.
2) Design diverse teaching activities, such as group discussions, role-playing, and scenario simulations, to enhance students' learning interest and engagement.
3.Homework Assignment and Grading: 1) Assign an appropriate amount of homework to reinforce classroom learning.
2) Grade assignments promptly, providing feedback and suggestions to help students correct mistakes and enhance learning outcomes.
4.Student Tutoring and Q&A: 1) Provide individual tutoring to students during after-school hours to address challenges encountered in their studies.
2) Organize or participate in extracurricular tutoring sessions, interest groups, and other activities to broaden students' knowledge base and explore their interests.
3) Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss students' progress and academic development.
5.Home-School Communication:1) Regularly communicate with parents about students' academic progress and performance, jointly monitoring and supporting their growth.
2)Attend parent-teacher conferences to introduce teaching methods and update parents on students' learning development.
3) Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the school's code of conduct.
6.Student Evaluation and Management:1)Conduct regular assessments of student learning outcomes, including classroom participation, homework completion, and test scores.
2)Adjust teaching strategies and methods based on evaluation results to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
