岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)
Being wholly responsible for the operation of the Lovense Discord community.
Helping to grow the Discord community and nurture it.
Engaging and management of both Moderators and Community members.
Appointing and training moderators.
Managing the layout and organization of the Discord server.
Measuring the performance and success of community efforts to increase their engagement and reach.
Maintain the pulse check on the community and brand sentiment.
Strengthen and promote community guidelines in partnership with moderators to foster an inclusive, safe environment for everyone.
Cooperate with partner servers.
Plan, organize and host contests, streams, Q&As, and other community events.
能力要求(Skill Requirements)
At least 1-2 years of community management experience.
Familiarity with Discord is a plus.
Experience in onboarding and training moderators.
Robust understanding of Discord server moderation and community growth practices.
Ability to derive insight from Discord tools and turn it into action.
Knowledge of online communities from platforms including Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Reddit.
Great written communication skills (your main communication channel will be written).
A positive can-do attitude, open to new and unexpected challenges.
Fluent English.
