1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Public management & service: revise and polish papers from faculty or students and English documents; participate in the construction of English website and the polishing of pamphlets if necessary; do some other work such as joint research or curriculum construction work with Chinese teachers if necessary; conduct 2-3 academic lectures annually according to the needs of the college; serve as a judge for various English language contests organized by the college 2-3 times each semester.
