Marketing Specialist – Job Description
LinkedIn & Social Strategy: Manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn presence to increase B2B engagement, including publishing industry-specific content, engaging with key influencers, and utilizing Sales Navigator for lead generation and network development.
YouTube Channel Management: Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy, including keyword-optimized video titles/descriptions, playlist organization, and end-screen annotations to maximize subscriber growth and video watch time.
Google Presence Optimization: Oversee the company’s Google My Business/Brand Profile, ensuring accurate listings, posting regular updates, and gathering/reviewing insights to improve local search visibility and organic reach.
Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality video content (e.g., product demos, customer testimonials, explainer videos) tailored for distribution across YouTube, the company website, and social media channels.
Sales Collateral Creation: Design and write compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and digital presentation decks, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment with target personas.
Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine video assets, LinkedIn outreach, and Google Ads (if applicable) to drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales objectives.
Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics for LinkedIn engagement, YouTube analytics (audience retention, traffic sources), and collateral download rates, using data to refine future marketing efforts.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content—from brochures to YouTube thumbnails—adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
