About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, culturally sensitive, and passionate about helping students develop strong English language skills and a love for literature.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the age and proficiency level of students

Teach core language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening, etc

Introduce students to a range of literary texts, including short stories, poetry, novels, and non-fiction materials

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence

Assess student progress through assignments, tests, presentations, and projects

Provide constructive feedback to support student growth

Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of learners

Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress when required

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school activities

Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher

Teaching qualification or certification (e.g., teaching license, CELTA, TESOL, PGCE) preferred

Related eaching experience required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work with students from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds

Flexibility to adapt to different curricula and school environments
