Kindergarten English ESL Teacher (Changping District, Beijing)

Job Details

- Subject to Teach: English ESL
- Working Hours: 5 days per week, 7:50 am - 17:10 pm
- Students' Age: 5-6 years old
- Class Size: 20-25 students/class (International class, full-day shift)
- Contract Length: 1 year or above
- Start Time: July 27 or August 3, 2026

Job Description

- Conduct immersive English teaching and create an all-English language environment.
- Deliver early English education through games, picture books and other methods.
- Assist in English teaching for class activities, outdoor activities and off-campus exploration.
- Communicate with parents on children's learning progress and teach demo lessons for enrollment.
- Cooperate in kindergarten events and complete foreign teacher demonstration.

Foreign Teachers Requirements

- Nationality: Native English speakers (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Degree: Bachelor's degree or above
- Major: Early childhood education, English, education, sports, art or related majors preferred
- Age: 23-45 years old
- Experience: At least 2 years of children's English teaching experience; kindergarten class experience is a plus
- Others: Cheerful, passionate about early childhood education; fresh graduates not accepted

Terms of Employment

- Salary: After-tax monthly salary 20K-25K RMB, housing allowance 4K RMB/month
- Insurance: Commercial insurance
- Meals & Accommodation: Free breakfast and lunch; no accommodation provided
- Holidays: Chinese public holidays + 2 weeks paid annual leave (after 1 year) + 3 days sick leave (with certificate from Grade II or above hospital)
